Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Royal Mail whose delivery standard is 3 - 5 days depending on location. All orders are shipped in card backed envelopes to try and avoid damage to items. For all shipping rates, please refer to the Royal Mail Price Guide
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vintagereframedhelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
